This Device is powered with Process Automation capabilities. The device comes with two special features,

1. It acts as a converter from Modbus to 4-20ma. Where it periodically measures the designated parameters at a specified frequency connect on ModbUS RTU channels and displays the data (in case of Display Variants). The data read from Sensors is sent on 4-20ma channels for further process automation using PLC/SCADA.
2.  Our controllers can be interfaced with a special software (over Modbus RTU) to configure the controller. No need for complex button pressing and juggling through different menu options to program the controller.
   
   Every Process controller device is precisely designed and developed to withstand all the demanding conditions in the field and is Custom-built to suit the specific needs of the Customer.
   ProcFig Tool can be used to configure the process controller device.
   Customization is possible according to the customer’s application.

Below Configurations can be done to the Process Controller using ProcFig Software Tool:

• Process value (PV) high and low can be configured for Output signal.
  Hysteresis can be set.
  Target Set points (SP1, SP2) can be set for the Relay Operation.
  Relay Operation can be selected as below.
  Option 1: Above the set point Relay will be ON and below the set point it will be OFF.

Option 2: Above the set point Relay will be OFF and below the set point it will be ON.

Option -3: Relay will be ON between the selected Range (between two set points, SP1-SP2), and it will be OFF when the value is out of the range

Option -4: Relay will be OFF between the selected Range (between two set points,SP1-SP2), and it will be ON when the value is out of the range
